About Jackie

Picture

For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated with the complexities of this life     experience and the growth and betterment that come with cultivating self-awareness.

My specialty is working with people who are stuck or blocked in life. Together, we explore  unconscious beliefs and gain insight into blind spots that are stopping them from living the life they desire.  Often, it's the smallest adjustment and most fundamental self-inquiry that effect lasting change.

Since relationships are the context through which our lives are experienced, I believe that all relationships (including the one between client and therapist), are worthy of exploration. In this way,  we gain understanding into beliefs, patterns, and attachment styles that are unwittingly affecting the client's life.
