Relationship Help For One

Do you desire a relationship but feel there is a block in your way?
Maybe you feel that you need to heal past wounds, but aren't sure how to proceed?
Do you find yourself attaching too quickly, or having trouble letting go?
Perhaps you're making excuses such as being busy, not liking the dating process, or feeling as if the "good ones" are all taken? Even worse, that there is just no one for you? As reasonable as these notions sometimes sound, they are actually smoke screens for a larger issue. I find that when these deeper issues are looked at and worked on, the resistance falls away and people can move into fulfilling relationships.
I have guided several people through deep inner relational work using a unique blend of psychodynamic therapy and attachment theory. Often, the manner in which people attach at the beginning of a relationship, can make or break the outcome, and this is a learned pattern (often unconscious) that was developed based on your early relationships with caregivers. Through exploring these patterns through a psychodynamic lens, we can begin to gain insight and unravel them, leading you to relate from a healthy place.
