Using a combination of psychodynamic therapy and mindfulness, I help people to understand the root of and triggers to their anxiety, while at the same time helping them to incorporate meditation into their daily activities.
I have found this type of work to be very helpful on many levels. In addition I co-lead lunch time seminars for office workers on meditation and stress relief in the work place.
